This construction uses an elastic hanger from the Spanish company Senor, specially designed to allow easy and stable leveling of the new suspended ceiling. No compromises have been made in the mechanical or anti-vibration qualities of the connection. The system utilizes high-quality metal profiles specifically created for this type of hanger, providing sufficient width for the proper installation of gypsum fiber elements.
For the acoustic material, high-quality mineral wool is used, which offers excellent acoustic properties and meets all environmental standards applicable to such products. The gypsum fiberboard, combined with the soundproofing layer, provides the necessary mass to reduce the transmission of sound waves between rooms. The finishing gypsum board surface is selected for ease of preparation and painting. The soundproofing layer is also carefully chosen to have maximum flexibility, creating sufficient shear resistance between the boards and reducing the resonance effect at matching frequencies. An elastic microporous rubber strip separates the gypsum fiberboard and membrane from the contact walls.
The NIVELATOR UP system is highly suitable for soundproofing against airborne noise caused by speech and television. It is most effective within the sound pressure range of 250 Hz to 5,000 Hz.
