The soundproofing panels and wall systems developed by Acoustic Force are modeled after German and Spanish sound insulation systems. They are among the thinnest high-end soundproofing systems on the market. They can be installed on brick or concrete walls and are used in apartments, to block noise from neighbors, and can also be used in recording studios. Depending on the thickness of the surface on which it is installed, the soundproofing can range from 50 dB to over 65 dB.
At Acoustic Force, we have developed two main soundproofing systems – NIVELATOR SOUND and NIVELATOR UP.
NIVELATOR SOUND
NIVELATOR SOUND is a wall soundproofing system used in residential, public, and industrial buildings. The system is suitable for soundproofing against airborne noise, such as speech and television, where the sound pressure ranges between 250 Hz and 5,000 Hz.
The specially designed elastic hanger from the Spanish company Senor allows for easy and durable alignment of the new soundproofing wall lining without compromising the mechanical or anti-vibration properties of the connection. The system uses high-quality metal profiles, specifically shaped for this type of hanger, providing sufficient width for proper installation of gypsum fiber boards. The use of synthetic wool as the acoustic material not only delivers better acoustic performance but also meets the standards for environmentally friendly products.
NIVELATOR SOUND provides sufficient internal thermal insulation without the risk of condensation. The NIVELATOR SOUND system can be installed either by our own installers or by qualified dry construction installation teams.
MUSIC CONTROL
MUSIC CONTROL is a wall soundproofing system designed for music studios, industrial spaces, and workshops. The system is suitable for soundproofing against airborne noise from machinery, musical equipment, elevators, and pipes, where the sound pressure ranges between 50 Hz and 5,000 Hz.
The specially designed elastic hanger from the Spanish company Senor provides a larger air gap, resulting in excellent performance at low frequencies. The system uses standard metal profiles suitable for this type of hanger. The use of high-quality mineral wool as the acoustic material not only offers superior acoustic properties but also complies with environmental standards for eco-friendly products.
MUSIC CONTROL has also thermal insulation propertiesInstallation can be carried out by qualified craftsmen from Acoustic Force or by qualified dry construction installation teams. The system allows for the mounting of all types of suspended furniture, TV mounts, or picture frames.
At Acoustic Force, we have developed soundproofing systems for ceilings. We utilize the models of German and Spanish ceiling sound insulation systems. These soundproofing systems can be installed on various surfaces: reinforced concrete, composite metal, specialized ceramic structures, and beam frameworks. The systems are used for soundproofing of residential, public, and industrial construction.They are suitable for ceiling treatment in specialized spaces such as recording studios, dental offices, and others. Depending on the type, thickness of the slab, and the chosen system, soundproofing performance can range from 62 dB to over 72 dB.
At Acoustic Force, we have developed four ceiling soundproofing systems: NIVELATOR UP, ELASTIC CONTROL, OMEGA UP, and SPRING CONTROL
NIVELATOR UP is the thinnest ceiling soundproofing system, allowing leveling up to 40 mm. It is suitable for residential spaces with low ceiling height, where there is sagging of the ceiling slab and where soundproofing against airborne noise from speech or television is required. Provides excellent insulation in the frequency range of 250 Hz – 5,000 Hz.
A key component of the NIVELATOR UP system is the innovative silicone hanger, which allows for the correction of unevenness and precise leveling. It was developed by the Spanish company Senor. The acoustic wool is specially selected with an air permeability resistance greater than 5 kPa·s/m². The soundproofing board, membrane, and gypsum board provide the necessary weight to achieve the most effective soundproofing performance at this thickness.
Due to the air gap left and the acoustic wool, which has excellent thermal insulation properties, the system provides sufficient internal thermal insulation without the risk of condensation. The system is easy to install and can be carried out by qualified installers from Acoustic Force or by dry construction installation teams.
ELASTIC CONTROL is a high-end soundproofing system designed to reduce airborne noise. It is intended for studios, industrial buildings, restaurants, and nightclubsWhere there are no height restrictions but high-level soundproofing is required. Provides excellent insulation in the frequency range of 100 Hz – 5,000 Hz.
The silicone hangers from the Spanish company Senor provide the necessary security, easy leveling, and reduction of vibrations reaching the soundproofing board. The air gap is filled with acoustic wool that has an air permeability resistance greater than 5 kPa·s/m². To ensure the required weight, the system uses a soundproofing board, membrane, and gypsum board to achieve the most effective soundproofing performance at this thickness. Due to the air gap and the acoustic wool’s excellent thermal insulation properties, the system provides sufficient internal thermal insulation without the risk of condensation. The ELASTIC CONTROL system can be installed either by our own installers or by qualified dry construction installation teams.
Floor soundproofing systems are designed individually according to the client’s needs, the level difference of the floor slab, the floor’s finishing layer, and the intended flooring in newly purchased housing (construction).
The most commonly used dry floor soundproofing system is F135 Vidifloor. This system is used when the screed is already installed and the floor level cannot be raised further.
The system is executed using 120 kg/m³ stone wool insulation with a thickness of 20 mm and two gypsum fiber boards, one of which is moisture-resistant with a thickness of 12.5 mm. The gypsum fiber boards are used to enhance the system's efficiency and provide greater durability.
The system has a thickness of 45 mm at its thickest point, excluding the flooring.
This solution reduces impact noise from neighbors above and below you.
The described types of sounds are characteristic of structural noise. It is characterized by high intensity and propagation through both the building’s slab and its entire structure. In some cases, you can hear the neighbor below stomping, not just the one above.
The solution for soundproofing this type of noise is one of the easiest but also one of the most challenging in an already completed building. The only effective way to soundproof your home is to address the source directly (the neighbor). There are several insulation options there, with the simplest and most effective being the installation of thick carpet to “soften” the contact with the floor. Another option is the construction of a new “floating” floor system. A final, equally effective option is placing impact noise underlays (membranes) beneath the screed or under the finishing floor layer (laminate, tiles, or parquet).
The options for reducing noise through soundproofing in the affected residence are limited to creating a “room within a room” system, where the ceiling, walls, and floor must be insulated, and the doors and windows duplicated. Many studies focus on impact noise soundproofing for the affected party, but so far, there is no system that shows satisfactory results.
