We were recommended to Stoyan Stoyanov - Storn, who was renovating his studio in Dubai - VST Productions Dubai. We undertook a software analysis of the number of acoustic panels in the room and their placement.
We offered the client to make individual wooden acoustic panels with a pattern according to his taste and different thicknesses. The material is raw MDF, 10mm thick with a face and frame at the back. First, we cut the parts and let the faces to be perforated on a router. We then assemble the panel, leaving 3cm to allow for the LED strips. Finally, the assembled panel is painted white and a burlap/wool filling with veil is made.
The client liked the idea and we produced 20 pieces of wooden acoustic panels for him and a further 15 pieces of acoustic panels with a custom printed image and size. Acoustic Force's designers made all the panel images in black and white, and special packaging and cartons were selected to fit the dimensions to preserve them during transport. The shipment successfully arrived at Stoyan, and we provided online guidance on the installation of the acoustic panels and the final result.
