Procter & Gamble - world famous company with representative office in Bulgaria. The project was realized together with the architectural studio, which is responsible for the interior maintenance and vision of the client's office space.
During the inspection we identified a number of structural deficiencies remaining from the construction phase:
This necessitated aphased approach, combining visual integration and functional enhancement.
We proposed a solution in two stages:
After the implementation of the first stage, the effect was tangible - the echo effect was significantly reduced, and employees could now make phone and online calls without hindrance.
The second stage included the manufacture, supply and installation of specialised soundproofing doors, with which the main problem - sound transmission between rooms - was completely eliminated.
In addition, while working on new rooms, an interesting idea emerged: an existing large decorative painting in a room with problematic acoustics was transformed into a functional acoustic panel. This gave rise to the concept of full-size acoustic wall panels with a custom design, which we now offer as a service (you can see similar solutions in our project for KPC).
The project with Procter & Gamble showed how a thoughtful approach, combined with technical analysis and design flair, can solve both functional and aesthetic challenges. Through phased implementation of solutions and good communication between the architects and our team, we were able to improve the acoustic environment without disrupting the look of the interior. Today, meetings and conversations can take place in the client's offices with the clarity and confidentiality required.
