Ototon - a company with over 30 offices nationwide, specializing in the trade and maintenance of hearing aids. They contacted us when opening a new office for which they needed acoustic panels to match their interior and corporate identity.
The new office space needed acoustic treatment, but the task was not just to achieve functionality, but to make the panels fit visually into the interior - two-tone, with specific dimensions and a clear boundary between colors. The client was looking for an unusual but precisely executed design.
The visual requirement necessitated a completely new method for creating two-color panels.
We designed and manufactured 50 two-tone acoustic panels with a metal frame, based on acoustic wool, which were printed with high precision. For the first time, we used printing directly onto an acoustic surface, which laid the groundwork for future visually customized designs.
The print files were designed by our team, tailored to the size and construction of the panels, and provided to our trusted partner, who took over the final printing stage.
The production and delivery of all 50 panels was completed within 4 working days. Although the installation was originally planned by us, the client decided to carry it out themselves at a later stage. We provided him with a technical diagram and installation guide to ensure an easy and correct installation.
The project with Ottoton showed that Acousticforce not only solves acoustic problems, but also finds innovative visual solutions when needed. The two-tone panels have become a distinctive element of the interior, and the process of printing on an acoustic substrate has opened a new page in our portfolio. The result - a satisfied customer, unique designs and short lead times.
