For a planned webinar, the Queensway Trading Academy office contacted us to do calculations on the room from which the webinar was to be broadcast and provide suggestions on how the environment could be treated to be more conducive for the purposes of the upcoming recording.
The company is involved in FinTech training, providing comprehensive programs that include courses and mentoring, student performance feedback, and unlimited opportunities for growth and success in the financial environment.
Our team went to inspect the same day, then did the necessary calculations and prepared an analysis. The software analysis found that there was no problem with the "echo". The hall had a carpeted and acoustic ceiling which contributed to a good acoustic environment. Flutter echo, which is a known acoustic phenomenon in which a sound wave bounces back and forth between surfaces that fail to absorb the sound, was forming in the hall, and the flutter echo persisted for a considerable time.
Our task was to improve the acoustics of the room by stopping the Flutter echo. For this purpose we made 10 panels from the Rubik series in rectangular shapes, which were placed evenly in the room to get the maximum effect of the acoustic treatment. We made the panels within 2 working days and the installation took another 1.
