Marketing Vibes - a fast-growing marketing agency leasing a new space to turn it into a functional office.
The client rented an apartment that was to be transformed into an office space with two main rooms. In its original state, the rooms had serious acoustic problems - echoes, chatter and a lack of confidentiality in conversations.
One room is used for resting as well as for online meetings and phone calls. Because of this, there was a need for a space that both provided acoustic comfort for work and quiet for relaxation.
The other room needed to serve a growing team - from two to six people - without causing acoustic degradation or increased background noise. The client didn't have a clear vision of what the solution should look like, which required the full cooperation of our design and technical team.
Our team proposed a comprehensive acoustic treatment concept with an individual approach for each of the two rooms. We prepared 3D renderings and visualizations so that the client could get a real idea of the final result before installation began. For the online meeting room, we built an acoustic booth type, and in the other room, wall and ceiling panels were used to suit the design and function of the space.
The implementation was completed in a short time without disrupting the company's work rhythm. We worked in close coordination with the manager and owner of the company to ensure that the solutions met all expectations. The colours and shapes of the panels were chosen by our designers to blend in with the interiors, whilst performing their acoustic function 100%.
The result is two rooms with excellent acoustic treatment that enhance both the working environment and the opportunity to relax. The Marketing Vibes team now works in a larger group without suffering from noise or lack of confidentiality. The client was extremely pleased with the solution and even gave an interview to ourYouTube channel in which he shares his impressions.
