Kalistratov Group, a leading company in the construction industry, contacted us in need of an acoustic solution for the renovated restaurant at their headquarters. The space is used daily for staff lunches as well as for corporate gatherings. The restaurant hall had not undergone any acoustic treatment, resulting in a bothersome echo.
On the very day we received their inquiry, we sent the client catalogs of acoustic panels, and within one business day, we arranged a meeting for them to explore the available acoustic products. We also scheduled an on-site visit to their office, where we took the necessary measurements and discussed the client’s specific requirements. The architects at Kalistratov Group asked us to bring samples of two selected panel designs so they could see them in person. We responded promptly and delivered the samples the same day.
We conducted software analyses of the space, taking into account the restaurant’s entire interior—tables, chairs, flooring, and glass surfaces. In the simulation, we also included seated guests (in this case, 50 people) to accurately replicate the reverberation time during peak occupancy. Using three different standards, we concluded that the minimum surface area requiring acoustic panels was 25 m², while the maximum was 35 m².
The client had selected two panel designs but was unsure which would look better, so we proposed creating a sample 3D visualization to help them make the decision.
The challenge we faced was the tight deadline for producing and installing the panels. We had less than a month to complete the work, as the hall needed to be ready to welcome Kalistratov Group employees for the company’s winter party.
Within just 7 days, we produced 100 *Senza* series panels in various shapes, colors, and sizes—each handcrafted to meet the client’s specific needs. In an additional two days, the Acoustic Force team successfully completed the installation.
