Sound barriers are the most effective method for mitigating noise pollution from sources such as industry, road infrastructure, railways, cooling units, and more — without shutting down the noise source or switching it to a different operating mode.
The panels forming the barrier wall are easy to install, resistant to environmental conditions, and feature high sound absorption on one side. The top and bottom edges of the metal panel are precisely shaped (projection–cavity) to ensure perfect sound sealing while enhancing resistance to bending forces. The interior is filled with sound-absorbing, water-repellent mineral wool of suitable density, covered with a thin layer of fiberglass.
In the case of road noise insulation, it is recommended to construct a suitable concrete wall at the base of the barrier. The height and length of the metal barrier can be determined by our company using a specialized computer program to assess the expected noise reduction and identify the most effective and cost-efficient solution.

A soundproof barrier can be mounted onto steel profiles that are securely fixed to the foundation. The metal panels can also be installed vertically, with appropriate support provided at both the top and bottom.
Both ends of the metal barrier are precisely shaped (male-female) to ensure perfect sound sealing while also enhancing its bending strength. This design allows for the creation of a structurally unified installation composed of multiple panels.
The metal sound barrier offers strong resistance to weather conditions and ultraviolet radiation. It is hydrophobic, made from non-combustible materials, and easy to replace if needed.
The standard color on both sides is RAL 9002, but either side can be repainted in any RAL color (by third parties) to meet specific project requirements.
